Scum have only had 2 shots the whole game : both off target . Saints have had about 13shots.

Stoke had a man dismissed. Hopefully that will put paid to any threat from them. A win for us would be great but a draw no disaster

They are down to 10 now Thompson's red card Jackson off Hutch on, Interesting if Broadhead is the lone striker or play 4 2 4

Only one team trying to win this game but unfortunately not good enough against a team only interested in winning a point.

Down to the bare bones in terms of quality up front , and our forward line just does not function with any fluidity when Hirst is not in there.

Make shift defence did ok but tbh Stoke offered little threat.

It’s that old problem of hitting shots on target, 13 shots only 2 “On Target”

Well, 0-0 aint bad it keeps us in 2nd place now we need that new striker in Pronto just hope Fulham recall Jay Stansfield from Brum and lets him come to us on Loan, and also Amad Diallo from Man Utd would help, we need as much fire power as possible

That said it's almost 2 weeks before Sunderland game and exactly 3 weeks before Leicester. I think we will (hopefully) have done the major part of our transfer window shopping by then.
On that note, after the manic Christmas schedule isn't it crazy that we then have 2 games in a 10 day period in January!!!

Yes it’s a stupid schedule isn’t it! And it does favour the relegated PL clubs in my opinion because they have depth in their squads , so are less affected by injuries/ illness …. I think our squad has run out of steam over this really tough month…. And we’ll have another one to get through in April.
