Leicester points deduction ?? - NEXT Season !!

I know it's only the sun but if true I get a bit annoyed that this takes place next season if it happens at all.

This is all wrong. Where on earth is the deterrent if you can gain an advantage that goes unpunished until after the reward has been enjoyed. In my opinion there should be an emergency hearing and if found guilty any punishment should be applied this season. Any club under investigation should have any promotion subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Everything around FFP rules is just a huge joke. How complicated can it be? It's been over 10 years with these rules and even those enforcing them still seem to have absolutely no clue what any of it means.

Are they badly written, is there boatloads of corruption involved. Is it not simply:

1) Clubs don't do this...
2) Check they didn't do that...
3) If they did that, then option A, if they didn't, then option B

Why does it takes years to work out, why is it a 10 point penalty, no, a 6 point penalty, no, relegated two divisions, no, we'll let you off this time. Such a huge mega mega money industry and it's a complete laughing stock.

Problem is that lawyers get involved when there is that much at stake and they drag it out and take all of the money...

It should definitely happen this season. They’ll go up this season quite likely and they will have a chance to stay up ( a whole season to fight it )…
