Is this the same opposition club name that by rights should have appeared in last seasons showpiece FInal event. Were denied a place in the Final by a means of say "questionable refereeing or dubious decision". Somebody just didn't want them there, it's no surprise but all the same something of a real pity.

That said it's not a crap draw. We got the capabilities to get beyond it but it needs a stronger start squad than today and McKenna (and whichever players are involved) to be fully commited when the time arises. Have to believe the opposition are still hurting (even to a minor extent) from the injustice of last season's semi-final so either they'll really be up for it and cause us problems or the occasion may just be beyond them. Just a relief to be involved and we got a round to play that's all.

Coventry will certainly be a notch tougher than yesterday’s opponents. I hope just we take it seriously and field a strong side which should be enough to see us through to the final 16 when it always gets interesting.

Unfortunately I will be away on holiday and miss both the fourth and fifth round ties so hopefully we’ll win both so I can rejoin the fun in the 6th Round QF’s on 29/30 March. No harm in dreaming.

It could have been a lot worse. At least it gives our current team every chance to make it through to the 5th Round which is when it starts to get interesting.

I think we’ll need a stronger line up than the one we used v Bristol Rovers, in order to beat Coventry.
