That we have failed to pick up a single point at home in 2025. When you think that includes a game against Southampton whatever way you look at it that is really poor.

It's all down to McKenna unfortunately.

They will still get clapped off after the West Ham, Not by me though.

That was always going to be a hard season but there is no excuse for our home record.

Always believed 1995 was the worst season following the team at top level but records show the team in fact won five times at Portman Road back then and picked up 10 - 12 points from home games after New Year. Kind of asks the question was the squad back then better than the one we possess now at least in terms of challenging the top level but somehow think it's a rhetorical question in which you don't need an answer. Or is it.

To not record a point at Portman Road this season from New Year to present time - if indeed correct - you just, can't put an answer to it. That's ludicrous, it's beyond comprehension. There was, at one time or another, a curse put in place on the stadium but it were either an urban myth - no such thing existed - or the damn thing was exorcized and we carried on like nothing occurred.

There has to be more to it than just "we're simply not good enough to compete this season at top level", VAR wrong decisions, McKenna's formations, incompetent game officials, bad luck, misfortune, missed chances, the grass is not required length, soil heating is inadequate, et cetera et cetera. It's in a way supernatural.
