Week 44 - Results & Tables

Every week there will be a series of fixtures (or questions) for you to predict the results of. This will be a perfect chance for you to show how much you know about football (or how little) and prove that you are the smartest Ipswich fan. The 2023/24 season will feature the Main Competition including a repeat of last years Promotion/Relegation format and the popular addition of the 'Head to Head' Competition. We will also play for the coveted TB Cup which will commence in January 2024, which is based on the FA Cup!

Yep, but at least you’re getting close.

If i ever get close, i’ll probably just use one of the dresses I use for other occasions. But wouldn’t ever reveal that on this forum.

i better just inform you all about the allergations of unfair finacial play in the forum.
this is part of the statment releaded by Auditor Phil McKracken

"after a deep and thorough investigation the allergations of unfair practices made against a member of the forum have proved to be unfounded and patments to the J wilson Vincent S foundation are legitamate. And i would just like on a personal note to thank the person involved for his comittment and great assisatane for what must have been a very strteesful time for him as his affairs were penatrated into wiith great depth and the smile on his face when it was a relief to us all at PLFP"

Welly, outside of the fact I have no idea what you are banging on about, the PL has always been won by the player with the best lawyer.

The only time when Financial Fair Play comes into the competition is when you are caught out, luckily we have a skilled bunch this year (yourself excluded) who manage to fly under the radar.

Living in Wellington (our glorious capital) you should be well versed in corruption and unexpected rule changes, perhaps you need to embrace the local culture more?

as an Englishman i do embrace the concept of fair play and saluting those that do well however being tainted by the capitals culture highly influenced recently by the horse i have learned that you do have to have to change the rules in order to get ahead. and when you get caught out you keep very quiet and never respond to any baiting. as only the guilty reply :)

If you’re talking about me Welly, I fully accept Frosty’s decision to ban me from the forum. I was becoming a bit too aggressive in questioning the forum’s aristocracy. However, I bow in submission and I’ll give it another go next season. But for now, I’m done with the prediction league. Good luck Frosty and Mike, I hope the best man wins!
