WHO AM I. QUIZ

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

this could be the DOOG, played for the Vile before arriving at his home down at The Mol. Also carried Bests coffin'

when a reporter asked why he helped carry the coffin, he said " George had carried him enough times while playing for Ireland.

Ahhhh! My questions are no where near Bluebloods standards!! Excellent work, Wolfie....., Derek Dougan.

And yes, I did see George on three occasions at Easter Road back in 79/80. My parents (and me and my siblings) emigrated to Australia for the second time in 1980. Best played for Hibs in the section of time between our two Oz expeditions. I remember being very unhappy at leaving for the second time because I was older, and I missed Hibs so much. We didn't know exactly how long Best was going to stay, but I do remember crying my eyes out saying, "What about Hibs, dad? What about George Best?!" Looking back, I suppose I didn't miss much as he didn't stay long. FTR, we came back in 83........, and the cabbage & ribs had Ally Brazil!! :D

did you know George Best was a Wolves fan and once had a trial with us. a great decision by Wolves to let him go.

anyway I Think our questions are of equal standards as BLUEBLOODS, its just we don't know any of the answers to his questions

I'm thinking up the question of all questions as we speak..

I knew it was a goalkeeper as you said I finished in 1982 that would have made him 42 at the time.
Bob Wilson is the nearest I can come up with but he is not 78.
Is there a catch on this one and not by the goalie either.?
