did the same mate...I remember seeing them when they first came out over here in Toronto...blasted out of me head, front row..what a night...
here's a bit of useless info, I got thru to them on a radio station here in Toronto...I asked them about playing in Ipswich at the Gaumont...next thing I know we're chatting about Mick Mills and Paul Mariner...who says rock bands don't know quality!!!!

Quality. One of my absolute faves from last year. I have one particularly fine memory of listening to "Munich" during the World Cup (even though we were just pulling in to Berlin). Just got tickets to see them at the Roundhouse next month! To be pedantic in a Tauntonesque way for a second, there's no THE in EditorsRiviera wrote:The Editors - The Back Room
liking it more and more with every listen

Like you and twinpeakes, I also had some great nights watching Suede many years ago! Saw them perform Dog Man Star straight through at the ICA three years or so ago. It was great but it felt like saying goodbye. Having bought and hardly ever played their fifth album a while before that, I didn't feel I could take the risk of (further) disillusionment when The Tears or the new solo album came out.

Brett ANderson's new solo album is much better than i was expecting N1B, no real heavy stuff, easy listening id say, definitely worth a listenN1blue wrote:Quality.
