Not sure about top ten (although yours looks pretty good Aussie) but my top sportsman would be Jesse Owens, he was a black American runner who won gold at the Munich olympics in 1936, infront of Hitler!

could´nt say Riv but he was awsome,held the record for years at for me the hardest track event,a full out sprint for the whole track length.
