Re: NFL Time!!!
Could've been a Ford Field tussle with the Gmen of NY........ But the fudge done enough for the win. And (I feel) it "could" be a blessing in disguise. Away game at Seattle....., OK the Seahawks are red hot favourites, but I fancy the Lions chances over them more than the Giants. In fact I'm hoping the Giants destroy the Packers @ Lambeau.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Thank God the Browns season is over. Painful.
On the bright side, the Columbus Blue Jackets in the NHL have won 16 in a row. The record is 17

Re: NFL Time!!!
I read they issued an official apology to the fans for the 1-15 season? Think that was very nice of them if I'm honest. You guys certainly have endured many years of suffering.
And yes, I've read about those blue jays......., and the Red Wings sucking!

Yeah, basically appologized for the season, but stated it wa a painful step for rebuilding. They better be, many more seasons like the past couple is going to cause the masses to show up with the pitchforks!
I also read that the BBC is reporting on the Jackets?

Re: NFL Time!!!
I'm hoping the Lions take care of the Seahawks in Seattle. I think my Cowboys will have a better chance advancing against a team they've just beaten 42-21. Of course, you never know in the play offs.
Good luck Ohio with Cleveland's rebuilding, I know that's gotta be frustrating as a fan. It's been more than 20 years since the Boy's won it all, so I can relate to a degree.
COYBoys!

There is a much chance of the Lions winning in Seattle as Ipswich Town making the play-offs this season........, absolutely no f**king chance.

I think the 'Boys can do it, they do have Zeke after all!
My Browns, well I think they may win 5 games. That would be huge, and they seem to be trending up!

Re: NFL Time!!!
2-0 start! Nice win at the New York Giants last night. Stayed up to watch and I was impressed. Those Refs were trying their best to call all sorts of sh*t against the LIONS but DEEEEETROIT rose above it. Big test next week at Ford Field v the Falcons. 3-0 is very do-able.

I wonder what would happen if European soccer players took a knee for their respective national anthems?

Re: NFL Time!!!
9 ...... with rules nowadays that all you need is your granny's cousin to have a dog who's handler was the aunt or uncle of someone who had lived in a caravan pulled by a Lada Riva owned by a guy who once fought a Polar Bear with a half eskimo who's mother was once caught shoplifting in a Harrogate Tesco store by a store detective who's cat was run over by a Scotsman..... nothing would happen, mate. The arseholes just stand there and don't even sing the anthems.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Very interesting divisional game for the Pack v the Viqueens this week in Minnesota. Big guide to see how good Aaron Rodgers actually is this season.
Lions @ Norleans! That's an "L"!
Browns @ Texans, Ohio?? That has to be a big fat "L" also eh?

Re: NFL Time!!!
Rodgers is top dog, The Packers have more injuries than Town have had and are still 4/1 for the season so far. This should on paper at least be another victory.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Rodgers just stopped being top dog....... stretchered off with broken collarbone. Would like to think the Lions could take advantage of this divisional scenario....., but they're currently being a$$-rammed by the Saints. Fkn Shyte weekend for Hibs, ITFC, Lions ..... FUUUK!

Re: NFL Time!!!
52-38 Norleans with 3 minutes left! Highest scoring game I've ever watched!
Vikings 24 -10 final score over the Packers. They were getting humped before Rodgers went off, so I think it was always going to be the loss here, Mike. AR hasn't looked his usual elite best this season.

Browns playing in London tomorrow morning. If they lose, you can keep them. If they win, you can keep them. What they have putting on the field is utter crap!

9........ the NFL team you root for will win the SuperBowl another EIGHT times before either the Lions or the Browns win it. Be patient, it'll happen very soon.

And 9, it would have been smarter to have Zeke sit the first six games and have him rested for the stretch run. Too busy kneeling I guess..

Re: NFL Time!!!
Yes, the Lions hardly ever win @ Lambeau, but taking full advantage of Rodgers misfortunes. Just shows how much the Packers rely on their QB. But when your QB is Aaron Rodgers, it's understandable. The stand-in guy, Hundley struggled. Really was an emphatic Lions win. Even Ebron played well. That NEVER happens!
Nice predicting the win, Ohio...... I never believe the Lions will win there. They've only won there three times in 60 f**king years!

Re: NFL Time!!!
Been busy past week...... what about the Browns @ Ford Field, Ohio? Ok, not a win but putting 24 points on the board..... that was decent. I predicted a 41-10 blowout. Not to be.
I think this weekend is the big one for you though...... OSU V UofM. Or UofBS. That's "big sister"!
