Yep, I agree regarding Woolfy. Thought he’d done ok. Anyway, sorry for going off topic. KM has certainly given our promotion players opportunities. You have to take the chances when you get them.

I’m thinking Hutchinson is only a regular starter due to his 20-mil price tag, although I thought he did ok against Villa.

Said awhile back, I think Szmodics is a better impact sub and I still believe it. I still prefer Burns on the right and Omari in the middle. Alas, many will disagree. At least, Clarke is starting. He needs game time and it will pay off.

Woolfy must be feeling a little pissed of as he’d done little wrong before losing his place to O’Shea. His situation isn’t helped by the fact that McKenna never has a centre back sitting on the bench which means he’s not involved at all on a match day. That does feel rather brutal.

Woolfy mentioned to friends that he didn't expect to play much, that was passed on to me a few weeks ago, I posted it somewhere on here. He is indeed unfortunate given the first Three games where he played very well.

I guess any injury or suspension to O’Shea or Greaves he’s going to be first in line to stand in as long as he stays fit and trains well. Maybe just as Hladky did last season when the opportunity arises make sure you’re ready to take ghe chance.

I’m sure Woolfy is still in KM’s plans for that very reason. I said at the beginning of the season we would sustain injuries because the Prem is so much more physical than lower leagues. Hell, even Greaves makes mistakes. Never been a fan of Woolfy, but I think he’s grown and improved under KM.
