Hardly a team selection to give supporters any confidence.

Well if the result goes against us tonight that team selection should lead to some interesting discussion on here.

Don't worry I'm sure those players coming in will be different class.

They must be shattered.

Maybe his thinking is the key game is against Brentford on Saturday being a 6 pointer and is resting them.

I'm sure Leeds wouldn't have planned for this in their tactics so it could really throw a spanner in their plans.

(Wishful thinking)

F*****G Mental !!!! Sears, Murphy and Bru would have been the three last players I would have dropped !!! Comfortable defeat tonight.

At the moment I'm feeling quite pleased I made the late decision not to head off to Elland Road, but if we pick up a surprise win it's a decision I may later regret.

Whilst I'm pleased to see Chris Wood in the starting line up I didn't expect to see both Murphy and Sears dropped, and expected to see one or other partner Wood.

I'm not a great fan of Varney but what we don't know is what MM has seen in training or whether either Murphy or Sears are carrying knocks of injuries. I think I'm happier to reserve judgment until we've seen what happens tonight but it certainly looks a risky starting X1 which could prove to be either a master stroke or a disaster.

For the sake of our sanity let's hope it's the former.

Whilst I'm worried about Woods weight and fitness he's more than capable of scoring tonight so long as he's given the opportunity.

If the starting eleven play ok, it's certainly the strongest bench we've had all season.

Come on Mick prove us all wrong.

We must be pushing forward, it's only 20 mins played and we've had 61% possession and 5 corners to their 0 corners.

It's almost half time, we've had 6 corners but not managed a sigle shot or header on target, wtf are we doing with the corners?

Most of the corners have been defended well.
Leeds had a glorious chance when berra lost possession just outside the area but Billy sharp headed over

If its Tabb taking the corners you can forget it. I dont think he beat the first man the whole game vs xcum.

Mings/Parr linking well down the left, Varney also showing well. Tabb should not be on the pitch. Quite finely balanced; no stupid individual mistakes and we could get a point at least. With a bit more conviction and invention from midfield, we could grab all three. Second half subs could prove critical. Still all to play for.
