Got the results of the scan and it appears the tumor has shrunk now by 3. It's not enough to operate but the doctors are really pleased how the first round of chemo went. So another round of 3 more treatments to go then scan again. So it was the news we were hoping for.

So pleased to hear this positive news - which gives us all a real lift and gets things into perspective.

My daughter's partner went through something very similar last year, including intensive chemo sessions, and came through it successfully. Although being closely monitored, he's now fit and back at work. Stay positive and go for the 3 points!
