What did you have for dinner last night?

A place to chat about anything thats not football related. Most of the threads in here are completely pointless which is why people keep coming back and back. As the forum title suggests, feel free to make any post you want on any subject you wish. It also has Adult jokes (so be warned) which is the other reason people keep coming back.

9 and a half pound brisket.....mmmmmmmm brisket

Usually I do ribs and pop them in the oven for a bit, then slather on the bbq and throw them over the coals and hickory chunks. Only makes sense doing them in reverse would work also...well done. Also use a Weber Grill, charcoal of course. Cant understand the whole gas thing

Smoked pork butt, street corn, & BBQ beans & red potato salad. I matched a nice unfiltered wheat beer with the main course. Neopolitan ice cream & whip cream for afters.

Oh yes, fried chicken with baked beans and french fries. Wash it down with sweet tea...
