Re: NFL Time!!!
Not expecting anything groundbreaking from the Detroit Lions this season. I am expecting a first game loss away at the Indy Colts. Negative bstd.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Brian is correct after one game?
And I am wrong after one game. Nice away win for the Lions. Matt Stafford was awesome standing up and taking control when it was 35-34 Colts with seconds to play. Good work Matty Boy.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Yea, that was a really good game, Stafford had to yell at a couple of receivers that last drive. Not sure why Indy kicked it out of the end zone fromt eh 50 with 28 seconds left, why not kick it high inside the 10 to take time off clock? Stupid.
The Browns are indeed going to lose every game.

31-3 down -----> 34-27.
Going to guess the Packers took their foot off the gas. Nothing to do with Lions greatness, because that doesn't exist. Jim Caldwell needs removed from his post. People on here think McCarthy needs to go......., but not as much as Caldwell needs to go!

Re: NFL Time!!!
Hard to really tell, the Lions are such a conundrum. One game they are world beaters, the next you are scratching your head.
The Browns look like they will be good...in about two years.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Those Browns have essentially been in the same boat as the Lions, historically, eh? A bit sh*t!
Lions failed to defeat the absolute bollocks Bears at the weekend.
Which means, ex head coach, Jim Schwartz and his Philly Eagles will A-N-N-I-H-I-L-A-T-E those Leos this weekend.
Answer me this, Ohio. Why do I follow teams that f**king suck?

How in the world did Cleveland pass on Carson Wentz?!

Re: NFL Time!!!
marko, if I could answer that you and I would both be healed
I didnt mind them passing on Wentz, personally. They had just picked up RG 3 and had massive holes at OL, DL, WR, LB and DB. I really dont think Wentz would be doing nearly as well in Cleveland.

When Wentz throws an INT against the shitty Lions D, hmmm, I'm thinking he's going to find the NFL tough.

I still think Wentz is a fantastic rookie...even Detroit gets lucky every now and again. Maybe the Lions have be drinking some of that fresh water!marko69 wrote:When Wentz throws an INT against the shitty Lions D, hmmm, I'm thinking he's going to find the NFL tough.
Ohio I hear what you're saying, but the QB is the most important position on the team...and RG3 hasn't done sh*t since his rookie year. Just look at how Dak has affected the Cowboys...haha sorry, I know you hate them 'boys!!

Best running back I have ever seen at Ohio State. And I have seen Archie Griffin, Keith Byers, Eddie George and all those in between.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Looking like 9 has gone off on a sabbatical......, sent him a pm weeks ago......, still sitting in outbox.
Shame really, could be discussing those fking Cowboys storming it up in the Niff el!
If those Lions win in Norlens this coming Sunday, I'll definitely start believing.
And OHIO........., well done the other week against those UofM Erseholes! I know we are both on the ITFC site, but I think it's ok if we both say, "Fk the blue!"

Yeah, that is a sentiment we can both give a thumbs up to! Did you happen to see the OSU v scum game? Lord, that was a nail biter!
Not sure what the hell happened with MSU this year, did not see a 3-9 season for them

WOOF WOOF WOOF
The Browns are playing in Engerland next year against the Viikings in week 7, which will be sometime late October-ish. They are playing in Twickenham. Need to talk to the Mrs about this one...

Re: NFL Time!!!
Quite a few NFL games in London next season.
And yes, a highly forgettable MSU season.
Massive game for the 9-4 Lions on Sunday @ NYG. Gotta win it, come on!

Re: NFL Time!!!
Usual Shyte resumes in the NFC North. Lions lose in NY, and the Refs allow the Fudgepackers win in Chicago. Fuuuuuk!
And what about those Browns trying to steal the Lions unique 0-16 record?? Can't say I'm overly thrilled with the 0-14 Browns, Ohio. Hopefully they win 1 of their remaining 2, although I highly doubt they'll manage it.

Re: NFL Time!!!
@ 21-21 HT, was hopeful! Then......, collapse. I thought those Cowboys would've rested some players for it..... Not so. Brutal second half performance.
Still win the NFC North next week @ FF with a win over the Fudgepackers....., won't hold my breath on that one. Fairly sure the NFL Powers would rather see the Pack in the play-offs rather than those Loser Lions. I expect loads of penalties going to the green n yellows next week.

Re: NFL Time!!!
Well done Cleveland as well......, the Chargers must've been playing some mightily Shyte football that day!
