If we bring in Tom Adyemi, being reported as a potential MM recruit, that would be double whammy. Their first 10 years here would be the worst!

Tom Adyemi would be a very good signing..... just not sure we have the same financial resources as our feathered friends up the road but maybe he could see more opportunity at Portman Road for regular first team football.

Yes, he would be a good addition, and get plenty of game time here. Apart from that city to our north being his home town, it will undoubtedly come down to money - if that's not too cynical a view! Another player who has scored against us.......sign him up.

Just read on another page about Jonathan Douglas being let go. Must've been in Sicily when that news filtered through. Might not miss the player, but will miss the "JD debates".
According to wiki, no new club as yet but hopefully he finds one. And not too low down the pyramid! All the best, JD.

Bit of a rough day for me, but THIS has brightened it well up.

GOOD!! No big loss. His "style" is better suited to the Jambos. Hopefully a Hibee can give him a REAL reason for dropping like a poo-say next season. Arsehole.

Go kick as* Marko. Well I hope the Hibbies do us a favour anyway.
He's shown his true colours and what an utter arseole he really is. I'm REALLY glad he didn't wend his way to Portman Rd . He's crap anyway !

Unsure how serious MM was about bringing KL into the club; or whether any conversations actually took place. But then that's the sort of stuff we're not told about, probably for sound reasons. Similar regarding Neil Lennon's interest.
But, to brighten all our day, both clubs have give the knob head a welcome body swerve!

The signing of Tom Adeyemi is another shrewd move by Town who are putting together a decent squad on paper, let's just hope they gel together as a team.

Compared to Coke and Douglas - this kind of free-signing does not have that level of "squad-filler' or " seeing out your career" about it.
Good age and enough Championship experience - and can score from midfield.
Room for optimism.

I hope I don't jinx us, but it does appear the geniuses in charge are at least making an attempt to build a competitive team. I won't get too excited; we've all been here before to a degree. I will be pleasantly surprised if MM can mold these players into an exciting force in the championship. Wouldn't that be nice for a change?

Former loanee Ryan Tunnicliffe remains on Town’s radar TWTD understands, despite Tom Adeyemi joining the Blues on a free transfer yesterday.
As reported a fortnight ago, the Blues are one of a number of clubs keen on the 24-year-old, who is a free agent following his release by Fulham.
Tunnicliffe previously spent time on loan with the Blues in the first half of the 2013/14 season when with Manchester United, making 24 starts and five sub appearances without scoring.
The Heywood-born midfielder, who we understand would be keen on a permanent move to the Blues having enjoyed his time at Portman Road, was due to stay with Town for the whole season but was sold to Fulham in the January window.
Tunnicliffe’s last game for the Cottagers was in October last year and he joined Wigan for his second loan spell with the Latics in January, making eight starts and two sub appearances, scoring once.
When with United - for whom he made only two League Cup sub appearances - the former England U16 and U17 international was also on loan at Peterborough and Barnsley, while his first stint with Wigan came at the end of 2013/14 shortly after joining Fulham and he spent the first half of the following campaign at Blackburn.
Elsewhere, League One Charlton are reported to have joined the chase for free agent former Southampton winger Lloyd Isgrove.
Last month, TWTD revealed that the Blues and the 24-year-old’s former loan side Barnsley were both keen on the Wales international.
The Addicks currently have former Town winger Cameron Stewart, who was released by the Blues last summer, on trial.
Town are expected to confirm the season-long loan signing of 20-year-old Manchester City winger Bersant Celina over the weekend in time for the now traditional Irish pre-season training camp at the Carton House Hotel in Co Kildare.
However, we understand the Blues are keen to add another new wide player to the squad.
Good to see we are still looking to bring more in although I would much rather have Isgrove than Tunnicliffe.

Some rumours starting to circulate that we are in for Doncaster striker John Marquis, certainly scored a lot of goals but could he do it at championship level. Interesting to see if this has any foundation

Would certainly be an upgrade on Moore.

This is the best one.
Compared to Rory Delap, because of his ability to take long thrown-ins
Have we EVER got close to a goal from one....?

Saw him in the play-offs - he would be a very good addition. Even better if we were to beat the intellectually challenged to his signature! Would have thought there would be others interested in him.

Hopefully everyone is happy now he is holding the shirt, he couldn't finalise it until now cus he was still loaned to FC Twente until the weekend.

Is it just me that think he looks like a little sh*t and is probably too much trouble than its worth? Drink driving ban, a couple of petulant red cards and a personality screaming "give me attention, Im a rude boy and the worlds greatest player". Not a very McCarthy-esque player. Welcome Bersant, try smiling.

He does look a bit glum. Perhaps he's been give a guided tour of the Town centre; bit of a contrast to the waterfront!
