That's fantastic, hope the man got himself a classy date, not easy with that lot.
It looks like his pitch will be strongly football related, hardly a common aphrodisiac for young ladies!
Will definitely be watching, hope it went well and come back James!!

sorry, being from down under I don't know this programme.
Is it an Italian reality TV programme based around people who have pissed the mafia off?

Aw FUUUUK, WHY did I read this thread?! Now I need to watch "Take me out" tomorrow night.
Hope you get a girl James and please, don't do any "Don Corleone" style acting while on the date! Well done, dude!

Obviously it’s not just Town who have had problems scoring recently.

Scharmann: I listen to Ipswich Town games on the radio. When I hear that Mick McCarthy has taken Bersant Celina off and put Kevin Bru on, I F**KING SMASH UP MY ROOM! What makes you angry?

Thought he said he liked a bit of DIY - “sex with someone I love”. (But not on a first date...).

After game drinks went on a bit longer today after the superb win.
Well? Did he get a date? Please say "no". Don't want to have to tune in to it next week!
Fingers crossed for jamesey boy and the Tractor Boys for tomorrow. Come on, lads...... get the job done.

Not a program I would view, by all accounts seems another avalanche of unmitigated sh*t that ITV consistently produce - but EATD provided some insight to what occurred :
“Congratulations James, you’ve got yourself a date...”
Ipswich Town season ticket holder James Scharmann heard those words from Paddy McGuinness on the last episode of the tenth series of Take Me Out, which aired Saturday on ITV.
He also admitted that the team he plays for – Leiston Orient – paid a £10 transfer fee for his services.
The ladies were less impressed after watching the video and 14 turned their lights off.
In the final round, only two of the remaining ten girls switched their lights off despite an embarrassing story told by one of James’ friends that he did not know how to use a pizza cutter.
With the power in his hands, the Town fan then turned off eight lights to leave Bristol Rovers fan Han, and keen footballer Chloe.
James chose to take Bristolian Han to Fernando’s – which is actually located on Tenerife’s northern coast.
As it was the last episode of the series, Saturday’s dates were also shown and James and Han struck it off from the start.
Han, 25, said: “It’s definitely going to help that we both love football.”
The date hit a rocky moment when Han threw James’ comb away after a trip horse riding, but after the pair showed each other their goal celebrations, it was all smiles again.
The couple confessed that they would both love to see each other again before walking off into the sunset.
Elsewhere on the show, Steve from Luton, a budding actor, failed to get the nod of approval and left without a date, while George, a Nottingham student, impressed the ladies with his ‘budgie smuggler’ pants and picked Olivia.
Lifeguard and wannabe wrestler Callum, from Dorset, chose Danielle.
We’ll be catching up with James to find out more soon.

Re: James scharmann-Found
f*ck me i’m glad I was out last night even if it was watching a Michael Jackson & Lady Gaga Tribute to help raise money for a local Charity !... I cant stand these tv dating shows which have never lived up to Cilla and the original Blind Date which began in the early 80’s and used to be watched by “a lorra lorra” viewers.

As long as our James remembers there’s more to women than babies and Bake Off, he’ll be fine.

Well done, James. Must try and see that on the catch up Tv thingy!
Strange how he just abruptly stopped posting on here. Was it the posting game thing? Was he 45 squillion points in front and there wasn't a challenge anymore?

Re: James scharmann-Found
Come on guys, it can't be that bad. I mean, we have The Bachelor over here after all. On that show, you have the girls saying, "Oh my God, I love Nick!" after a week. When they are reminded his name is actually Nate, they say, "Oh my God, he has two names? How awesome!"
I have got to see this episode. I was laughing just at the review of it. Why did she throw his comb away? lol
It should be noted that the winners took their date to Tenerife, the site of one of the worst airline disasters in history. Coincidence????

Yes......... Lucy took too long to reply to a “posting game” entry he made..... (83 seconds)derick_ipsw wrote:Does anybody know why James stopped posting on here?
In that 83 seconds, James apparently lost his sh*t, saying, “AHH FK THIS sh*t! FK YOU ALL!” .... then left.
Sad really. I did like his “OHHHH OFF THE POST!” posts during game time.

Had to go and look at some videos of this show. Have to admit, I was laughing pretty hard at the Damion Merry one.
And, I just saw the episode with James in it. Is it bad I am actually interested to see how things went? And what was wrong with the guy from Luton, he threw a helluva hoedown!
