Re: WHO AM I. QUIZ
Could clue 17 have references to the Moon landings or an act whereby the only outcome is a throat full of pubic hair?

Re: WHO AM I. QUIZ
I searched the corners of the brain (without help) for football playing brothers, googled them but nothing matched the 117/102...... Then googled "football brothers" and there's loads!! Too many and not enough time to trawl through. Great question though and over to the Wolf or Charnwood to get this one.

7. Even though my elder brother was a couple of years older, I made my international debut 9 years earlier than him. We did not play for the same countries. In fact, we played for countries we didn’t really want to. I couldn’t play for my country of choice whilst that country didn’t pick my brother.

Re: WHO AM I. QUIZ
No, it’s not Regis or Cunningham.
SORRY. MISTAKE. RE-EDIT.
1. I scored 102 goals in 117 appearances in my first spellwith this club . NOT 117 goals in 102 appearances. I re-joined the same club later on.... and scored more goals.
Apologies, Marko, if there was fruitless searching.

12. After a spell on the continent, I played under a Wolves legend.

Re: WHO AM I. QUIZ
Yes...
His older brother Gerry played for Ipswich... and Hibs... and the USA. He was born in the USA and held dual nationality so could have played for Scotland or England.... but was not picked for either.
Joe was a Scot, but was ineligible to play for Scotland (at that time)as he was born in Liverpool ( to a Scottish mother and grew up in Scotland apart from the first few months of his life).
He was the first player to play for England who’d never played a league game in England before, playing in Scotland (for Hibs) and Italy( with Denis Law for Napoli) before later playing for Arsenal in England. Owen Hargreaves was the second player in 2001 who’d never played before in England.
