What I'd like to know is why we pick such a defensive minded team at home?

We're in no danger of relegation.... sniffing the play-offs.... and then pick Douglas, Skuse and Hyam in midfield.

That's giving Rotherham far too much respect. Changes at half-time ..... hope to have a good reaction.

Why do we start playing Football in the 2nd half and not straight from whistle. This 2nd half is miles better so far.

Losing at home to these, are you really kidding me..

Can anyone at the game acknowledge how we are doing despite this embarrassing score.

You know, keeping the ball on field level, showing enough determination etc.

Realize the opposition have something to fight for themselves but wasn't expecting this as this stage of the game.

Looking at live Sky reports......, Sears misses a lot of efforts. Get practicing your shooting, Francis Dunnery.

First half we were poor. Second half since Feeney has come on we have improved a lot.

How typically Ipswich for other scores to go against us when we can't even help ourselves.

Going to tune the rest of this game out and hope for the best.

Pringle on for Pitman, let's hope he can produce something. Got Murphy and Sears up front also yet still can't find a goddamn goal from something. Yes this is frustrating, but there's still time to turn it around.

Bru replacing Hyam with some 15 minutes remaining.

Yes, Bru replacing Hyam should be good. Apologies to Hyam if he's had a decent game, but is he ever in a winning ITFC team, when not injured?

Stats inform we've had two-thirds possession and the greater chances created but still haven't found a way through. Sorry, whether we've had a better second half or otherwise, over the duration of 90 minutes we should have taken something from this game.

Even if we get a point late on it's not going to be nearly enough towards a promotion charge. Somebody f**king score out there and salvage something from today.

for those who may not know, you can follow text on the bcc website to give you an idea of how the game is going:

unfortunately not good reading now though...

If you're so into stats.... try a different sport. It never tells the whole story.

Really disappointed today especially in the first half.

End of season for me. Poor performance from majority of our team.
Please get rid of that diamond formation - dreadful.

Very, very disappointing.

Surely it is in order to question the starting line-up. I hope have MM has some plausible excuses ready.

Well, I certainly don't want to be the one coming under attack, but FK ME!! It sounds like you got that wrong from the start there, Mick. But I suppose you weren't helped by the fact that it sounds like the strikers could've played until April 29th and they'd STILL not bang one in.

More importantly, I'm hoping the fans don't come under attack after this. I'm reading live reports and I was getting very frustrated. Some Fans actually there must've been livid at the chances missed and the way the goal was conceded. If discontent was vented, hoping the more easy-Oasy fans can understand the need to be absolutely f**king racked off at being Gubbed 1-0 at home to shitty Rotherham.

Mathematically never really going to be over for weeks, but that's an absolute thunderous sore one to the bawbag.

The only story I learned from this was a home loss against some opposition we should have taken care of.

Put it down to a freak result of whatever, but this once again demonstrates why the club is making little progress. Was fool enough to stay with the game until the end but once again was let down. How the f*ck are we supposed to be labeled play-off contenders when we can't even overcome a team (at home) that occupied the bottom three at start of play ?

We got forwards that aren't contributing enough, a manager that often seems half-assed, and an owner who won't even fund the goddamn team sufficiently. Maybe the team played well in spells or showed some determination but the score is the end factor and sorry, but this is unacceptable.

I am sure there will be no excuses from Mick tonight. Poor team, poor performance, no hunger to be promoted.
He does have to take some blame for the selection.
We always play that defence midfield at home. It has proved our downfall this season- too many losses at home.

Fairly confident that after reading an official BBC report, and a fans report.....,, it'll not be labelled a freak result. It'll be a Shyte performance and a Shyte result.,
