There is a very well written letter in the EADT today which I think sums things up very precisely.

Evans has surely got to come out with some statement of intent in the near future. I think the above letter highlights exactly the alienation fans are feeling.

Just read it, BB. As you say, a well considered letter reiterating the strongly held view that ME needs to climb out of his bunker and connect with the fans. The silence is deafening, and folk will inevitably draw adverse conclusions. I wonder if he still cares? Ian Holloway, whilst acting as a pundit on Sky recently, seemed to suggest that he didn't, and that we'll be lucky to hold on to. MM in the summer! (Probably not done his chances of succeeding MM much good - if he harbours thoughts along those lines!)

Sadly not technically gifted enough to get links to import! The letter referred to by BB appeared in today's EADT; whilst the Ian Holloway comments appear in TWTD's story about Gus P and MT being potential contenders to replace MM - who, so far as we know, remains ITFC's manager.

(But we can always hope........only joking Mick) :wink:
