Same old story, it’s hard to see where the goals are coming from.

As if stands were bottom of the table. ☹️

Ffs get OH off now.
He’s getting in great positions Liz but making wrong decisions when he has the ball.

What McKenna knows is that he has the potential to win the match.
All I'm noticing of his game today is he keeps losing possession and isn't tackling back like he normally does. I do wonder if he's fully fit

I don’t like the last stat I just heard. “We’ve not scored a second half goal so far this season. Well that needs to change.
Unbelievable isn’t it given all the late goals we scored over the last two seasons.
Likewise the substitutions aren't working like they did last year.

If he's not fully fit then McKenna needs his head looking at with Clarke and Ogbene available. So he has to be fully fit.

Leicester and Villa are both level, which takes us back off the bottom.

… and both may well go on to win playing at home.

Not sure I’d have taken Tuanzebe off. I know his error contributed to their goal but he’s saved us a few times this half

It’s not going to until McKenna finds a way to link up play from defence to attack. 4:2:3:1, isn’t working with the current squad as we look lost in midfield. We need to either try to adapt to 4:3:3 or 3:5:3 otherwise the guys up front will get no service.

A desperate final roll I think. I'd question team selection myself, but I think main reason we lost is mainly just how the wind blows and how new players still are to each other.

And that’s why Morsy will always play whilst he’s fit. What a leader albeit a huge deflection but it was a great strike.

I'll take that but we made it hard for ourselves IMO. Started with the wrong attack I feel, and didn't take our chances when we had them.

UP to 16th now

If we stay in the Premier League he’s gonna have to be replaceable as history would suggest age isn’t on his size especially in his position.

Lol , no you're not  .....He's a spoilt brat tbh.

I was sick of the way his players went to ground (often holding their head!!) At the slightest challenge. He couldn't have complained had we gone 2-0 up b4 they scored

Early days, but we are showing tremendous resilience in all our matches so far. Looking at other teams in this league, I think we have more than enough to finish above Woves, Everton, Southampton, and Leicester at a minimum. We just need to be more potent in attack to finish in the top 15. It would be a huge achievement for KMcK to get us consecutive promotions and then to keep us up. Believe!

5 teams haven't won in their first 5 games. Palace could make that 6 against United. I wonder how often that happens. Big boost for us after a tough start to be surrounded by other losers

I was unable to watch the game properly as I had lots of freezing but three points from 2 away and 1 home game is very good, the other lower league teams are not going to get anything from City and Liverpool, three games unbeaten let's keep it going, did you notice how happy KMc and all the players were at the end.

We missed Phillips today. Agree we need better link up play in the midfield. Whoever plays on the right, needs to drop back to receive the ball. I don’t like Tuanzebe going so far forward…they figured that out and he was frequently caught out of position. Let him defend.

Omari’s trying to do too much and he’s frequently out of position when he should play more centrally. But we need the right winger to drop back. Omari did show a few flashes of why we paid 20-mil for him.

For me, we showed too much hesitation on the ball. Passing needs to be faster and players need to move more.

Super Sam saved us again though, and we’ll take the point. Up to 16th!
