Donny were brilliant and not only won the match but played villa off the park.It was like watching two prem sides.Villa were poor but you cant take anything away from doncaster they were tops last night

NOTE TO JOE

LOOK AT THE KIDS IN THE CROWD AND HOW TO TAKE A CUP MATCH SERIOUSLY WITH PASSION.tHATS HOW TO GET A TEAM PLAYING FOR ALL THEIR WORTH.

I KNOW JOE THAT DONNY HAVE A HUGE SQUAD AND PLAYERS THAT ARE TRYING TO AVOID RELIGATION BUT AT LEAST THEY TRIED.

PS TAKE EVERY MATCH SERIOUSLY AND TRY TO WIN YOU CNUT

i think you'll find Donny in 9th place in div 1
but as you say wouldn't it be nice if we could show the same amount of passion and pride.

How Sean Thornton plays for them I don't know.

Kept my eye on him last night and he was very impressive - he's just the kind of player we need in our midfield

Agreed mate! He was class! even if that shot was deflected his range of passing is brilliant! Why Sunderland got rid of him and brought in Tommy Miller is beyond me
