I like Ipswich and I feel our clubs have had a similar trajectory; both clubs are steeped in history, both clubs have had some of the finest managers to grace the game (Ramsey, Robson, Clough), both clubs had a long gap out of the Premier League after a spell in League One, both clubs have a traditional stadium. I'm also a farmer, so I'll always have a soft spot for the Tractor Boys

You remind me of Forest when we got promoted a couple of seasons ago; the key is making Portman Road an intimidating place to play football, you have to target games like Palace at home tomorrow. I think we got about 80% of our points at home when we first came up. I've no doubt you're already doing this, but you 100% need to back the manager. There were lots of rumours swirling around Steve Cooper in our first PL season, but the fans stayed behind him in and that was a big factor in staying up.
I genuinely mean this when I say Good Luck for the rest of the season; it's ridiculously tough out there; you have to focus on that mini league of 6 at the bottom of the table, think about strengthening in some areas in Jan, but above all, ENJOY IT
