Re: Brandon Williams Update from McKenna
Brandon Williams is set to leave Manchester United this summer after he was told he is free to find a new club.
The full-back is out of contract at the end of June having spent the season on loan at Ipswich Town as they secured promotion from the Championship.
He has also been surrounded by controversy of late for his antics off the field, having been handed a driving ban.
And with a busy summer expected amid plenty of change in the United hierarchy, Williams will be just one of several exits.

Another wasted career due to off field activities...such a disappointment for him really...

What he's done with us and no longer going to be part of the team set-up here. Just feel no sense of loss the kid is going elsewhere or there's no future for him at Portman Road. Hasn't seemed to feature much, a few limited appearances, hard to get any real sense of judgment or apparent ability the player may or may not have possessed.
In fact the whole time here seemed to be overshadowed by one unfortunate escapade away from the field rather than any chance to prove himself to either the fans or club management. It's hard to find sympathy, you got to take account for your actions and the kid would have been acutely aware of what he was getting into at time of incident and the possible (or inevitable) consequences of said actions.

It’s such a shame really as we could have acquired an absolute gem of a player and very cheaply too had McKenna been able to sort out his personal life. So unlucky the guy has no self control or self disciple and is happy to write off his ability to earn a fortune to live the life of a fool.
