With 4 of the top 6 out of the FA cup, it opens up chances for another name to make the final as I see it! Ok, both finalists from last year are still involved, but I bet the likes of Newcastle, Forest, Bournemouth etc are liking their lips. While PL survival is key for us, but why not dream of going a bit further in this competition?
Unlike The Sevco Rangers in the Scottish Cup. Oh boy, that was sweet.   They were even given a chance with a penalty that should never have been. Cheating bstds OUT!
Just watched it on BBC Sport   . Loved the keeper's reaction to his save!
Yes, was a great reaction. Great seeing justice being done on the Glasgow teams.

A bit vain of them!
Damn, that must have been corrective text....a bit like Flying Downes, hey Liz?
Ha ha , I'm renowned for my predictive text gaffs AM!

I once text a friend (I was travelling home from and visit to a friend's birthday party in Manchester), that I'd be stopping at a services. I'd text ...just stopping for a pee and a coffee....... but it came out as "I'm just stopping for a pee and a perv"....

Now, to my knowledge I've never texted the word perv , so I must have picked up someone else's phone by mistake !!

Unfortunately my friend made this viral amongst her circle of friends, so I often get asked when's my next pee and a perv lol

Real Madrid comes from behind to beat Man City at the Etihad. Unlikely, MC will get the result in Spain. I think Man City's golden years are coming to an end...finally!

Big show in Glasgow a few hours away and they can take on and beat any club name in the World with a Parkhead advantage. Going have to take a result because it won't be easy in Munich in a return game. Neutrals and most analysists won't see beyond a Teutonic victory but believe it'll be close call by the end of it. Think they lost in Birmingham some weeks back quite recent so there's every chance of a British win occurring once again.

The Exeter game was great no doubt but couldn't quite match events in Manchester last night. Three years in succession we've had to play those, kind of getting tired of it by now but what a great victory, f*ck that were awesome. They'll still be a danger in the Madrid return but we've provided ourselves a great opportunity to get past them once again.

The league is totally unpredictable. Brightons last fixture; pumped 7-0 @ Forest. They gub Chelsea tonight? 🤷‍♂️
A bookmakers dream!

I think we could do with a bit of unpredictability.

I'm afraid whatever the result today I can't see Town finishing above Wolves, thay have looked so much better with the new manager.

Leeds vs Sunderland:

Leeds looking bang average tonight and really not looking up for the game at all.
0-1 to the Mackems and the obligatory song that someone is falling apart again, lol

If the Leicester fans go "Ipswichesque" @ Brovers, could be No Joy for Nistel.

Although......, maybe not ---->> there is no evidence to suggest AGAINST those Ipswich fans being the ones who started the good fortune.

Stick in, Ruud!

The 7 teams above us all gaining positive results so far today, it really looks like a bridge too far.

Southampton and Leicester City are in all truth horseshit. Both teams will occupy two of the relegation places, there's no doubt about it.

So that leaves one other place in which we have to avoid. Sounds really quite simple, except it isn't. Today's result and another unsatisfactory home score just underlines for me and a great many other doubtless we don't possess enough fight or belief, or consistency etc, to hope to be further up the league or provide enough distance from the three drop zone positions. One last time it's too many missed opportunity that will go a long way to effectively deciding whether we in fact go back out to Championship level or somehow retain hold for another year at top status.

As an aside both Glasgow leading names somehow fell to defeat today in SPL action. That's doesn't happen too often although in truth one was still reeling from being harshly denied over in Europe a few days previous. Would have been still stunned and unable to properly function but what the hell it won't change no title destination.
