Devastating news, absolutely heartbreaking to learn of this this morning. One of my favourite players with so much to live for. RIP Diogo.

Re: Diogo Jota
Almost unbelievable news. So so tragic. Taken away far too young from his wife & children. And the game has lost a genuine talent.
RIP Diogo, you will be missed by millions.

It really is a shame. He had a bright future, and his wife and family must be devastated. I’ve heard that lamborghini’s have the propensity to catch on fire.
RIP: Diogo and Andre.

What most people are overlooking because he was driving and speeding he is responsible for the death of his brother and if Jota had survived he would be charged with causing death by dangerous driving..

Re: Diogo Jota
Be that as it may there is still an innocent family ripped apart and overcome with untold grief that they will never really recover from. Yes the speeding thing is wrong but how many people do that every day with no consequences? Millions. All in all it's a tragic story.

Believe me - keeping an Italian supercar to the speed limit when doing an overtaking manouvre is nigh-on impossibleBlue Bentley wrote: ↑Fri Jul 11, 2025 10:41 amWhat most people are overlooking because he was driving and speeding he is responsible for the death of his brother and if Jota had survived he would be charged with causing death by dangerous driving..

Re: Diogo Jota
While that may be very true, Bent….. no one will ever know the circumstances in that car. Andre may have said, “put the foot down, bro, get past this person in front…..”
So, to assume Diogo killed his brother is a tad off really.
Like i said, yep maybe…… but no one will ever know.
Maybe Lambo could start installing black-boxes.
