To be honest JR cant win, becuase if we played all youngsters, we'll probably lose just as much as if we play the old gits! lol

I'm not defending Royle just that the players he has available, we can only hope for a 0-0, cos we're not gonna score!

Then we will leave PR tomorow even more depressed than we are now. At least we have the hope that the futures bright now. If they proved us wrong then i think everyone would give up.

I think with the expectations about the match, whoever we play, everyone will fear the worst. Therefore if the worst happens, it will be all that's been expected. However, if the younguns go out and give us a shock... then everyone will feel so much more optimistic.

It matters not who Royle plays tomorrow,Its up to him and his coaching team to prepare the team to be confident, assertive and install some self belief. I'd be telling the boys to shoot at every opportunity, support each other in creating space for a pass,Call for the ball, inject some hunger and allow our passing game to progress. Mid-field players have got to use their legs and help out in our vaunrable defence,If certain players havnt got the legs anymore, then they are old enough to read the game better and use their heads. I want to see our captain leading from the front, offering words of encouragement and wisdom when errors are made,Pointing fingers and snarling is derrogotory to other team mates. Its a game of 11 v 11,our squad are realy not that bad, they are playing badly due to confussion and poor preperation, before, during and after a match.

I would love to see the young guns out tomorrow but regardless of the players that start the game its the tactics that are the important part.

ITFC are an attacking team and have always been at our best going forward.

Joe seems to think that 1 up front is sufficient.

I would be happy to see us loose 5 nil if we were fighting tooth and nail trying to score.

Use the experience at the back of the park with Jim in a holding central role with Westy or williams etc pushing forward, then have Minimac and Bowditch up front with Peters and richards going up the wings.

The only weapon we have is youth so lets use it for now.

1 up front is only sufficient if you have fantastic wide men that can cross brilliantly, and have the pace and guile to also get into the middle when needed - and a great target man to cross to - OR if you are playing for a draw.

Forster probably is a good target man at this level (when the sick note is fit), but we don't have anything like the men out wide we'd need to make it work.

Why not throw Naylor up front full time tomorrow, next to Forster if he's fit - Naylors the best threat we have (ironic or what).
