Trouble is Riv, one of Joe's major failings is that he has his favourites who he picks regardless and Currie is one of them.

Im not gunna get into a debate here... But the only guy to set up more goals this season in the championship is Sidwell with 14 assists. Ok Currie isnt a all round player we know that only to well. But at times he can deliver the fianl pass needed. Its just if we have any wanker who can get on the end of it!

I'll agree with you there Hallam... I'd keep Currie in simply because on his day he can be a good provider - both Juan and Currie have on and off days.

currie has 6 assists according to this, so 7 including today! surely other players have more than that?

well anyone doubting Currie's inclusion today only had to see that 45yard pin point pass to Westy for Town goal to what he can do....it was a world class pass IMHO normally associated with the likes of Bechams boot .

Mind you Currie did little else !!.....but what he did do got us three points!

To be honest if that ball had fallen to either of the youngsters instead of Westy we would have not won the game !
