Revenge is sweet

Darren Currie said the memory of the injustice of losing the derby at Portman Road earlier in the season drove Town on to victory at Norwich.

Sito was incorrectly sent-off after 15 minutes when Blues went down to a 1-0 defeat against the Canaries in September - his red card rescinded days later - and Darren told the Club website: "That game was at the back of our minds going into this match.

"We felt hard done by at Portman Road so hopefully this makes up for that defeat and I felt we certainly deserved the win.

"We had the better chances and should have had a penalty but we kept believing and got our just rewards in the end."

Darren was voted man of the match by the Sky TV viewers watching the game live on television and the midfielder reckons the TV audience will have been puzzled by Blues' display.

"People watching that performance will probably wonder why we are where we are in the table when we can play like that." he added.
