Need to keep it going for Burnley this saturday....

Post by loudnproud » Thu Feb 09, 2006 7:08 am

Who would of thought that as little as a month ago, when we were facing a big test with our up comming fixtures,Sheff Utd, Soton,Leeds and noj, that our expectations have grown so much for this season!!!! 8 points out of a possible 12 is pretty darn good,We realy need to keep it going against Burnley this saturday....

For those of us that travelled up to Turf Moor on that cold, bitter September evening, having to endure sitting on old wooden school seats and watching our blues loosing, We are in need of some "Pay-Back". The players are very much up for it i am sure,We the fans must ensure that the atmosphere is electric and intimidating, for Burnley themselves are still riding high in the league.

I am of the belief that this Town side is growing in stature and will soon unleash a high scoring thumping on the opposition,I'm banking on it being against Luton Town at their place,First we must teach the Burnley the art of good passing football and raise our game and support to new heights..Be Loud people!!! Be Loud'n'Proud.....enjoy your season!!

Hopefully Burnley won't revert to the oh-so-boring Burnley of old, or we might find ourselves playing against a 1-9-0-1 formation... but with a bit of luck, we'll manage to break them down as we always do... that, and the fact the Akinbiyi is now at the Blades should work in our favour.

I'll be there to welcome the Derby winners back with a big cheer.

Lets make sure the North Upper do the bouncy song too! Everyone knows the North Lower will, its up to the Upper to try and convince the rest of the stadium they should too!
