No Lupoli Loan

Boss Joe Royle has ruled out Arsenal youngster Arturo Lupoli joining the Blues on loan. A number of weekend newspapers linked with Italian with a move to Portman Road.

Royle said: "We've talked Lupoli in the past, his is a name that we've looked at, but we'll not be going any further on loans today [Monday]. I spoke with one player yesterday who still isn't keen on going out on loan, so we won't take that any further.

"We do have players that we'd like to bring in on loan but it's not a massive list. We're not moving from one name to another and getting down to number 10.

"If we bring someone in, it'll be someone who'll improve us and who'll want to come on a full-time basis he's doing that well. We're not just going through an endless list of players."

Glad to hear we are not Panic loaning.

I believe the squad we have is capable of beating
Crewe and getting a result at Wolves... So no need
to panic too much

We've scored two goals in each of our last three away games, not bad for a team with a striker crisis !
