Well

, no idea how anyone finds that out.
I don't know Marko, as you point out... I don't know the bloke either and my opinion could be waaaay off, but there's something about him that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Afterall, I can be an opinionated bore, but we only share our opinions on forums. Le Tissier very publicly and confidently denies Covid (even claiming Eriksen had his cardiac arrest because of the vaccine, despite him not even having had a vaccine), along with 9/11 and Ukrainian claims of Russian war crimes etc... and then moans "woe is me" when he's let go by Sky. It's arrogance to state such things to a huge audience without having expertise in any of those areas.
As a player he was unique and brilliantly talented, but he was as lazy a player as you'd find, there are countless examples of coaches and players saying he didn't bother training, he didn't bother tracking back, didn't bother with tactics etc. He was a big fish in a small pond at Southampton, he had teams built around him and that's how he liked it. He wouldn't have cut it at a big club, because he couldn't continue his lazy antics.
He has talked many times about his England career too, how he was overlooked, how it was because people didn't like him etc. A humble man would give credit to the other incredible players that England had at the time, and note that they would integrate in to team in a way he wouldn't. Maybe he would suggest that if he worked a bit harder and applied himself, then he wouldn't have been overlooked.
That's the feeling I get anyway
