West Brom v Cardiff

Post by chris » Mon Nov 24, 2003 4:44 pm

I hope West Brom win as I reckon they may open up a gap and finish first by the end of the year anyway. I hope they clear out up top and we can keep up the run to finish 2nd.

Regardless I hope there are a lot of little injuries in Cardiff!!! Nothing serious, just enough to keep them out for Saturday!!!

As I have said before I reckon 85/86 points could be enough this year, meaning we need 54 from 27 games (man I hope my maths is ok) - an achievable target for sure.

I voted Cardiff but a draw will be fine, keep the top tight, I'd rather we had a fighting chance for the top two places than just one.
Plus I hope Cardiff play their heart out so they are knackerd for Saturday.

Toughie...if West Brom win that means Naariwch won't go top!

But then don't want West Brom winning so to keep it tight.

Can it be postponed?!

It's no big deal if Narwich go top for a week LOL, first time in 9 years I think, Norwich will crack soon any way, let the top lose points, then it's up to us to gain on them, just like last weekend LOL

I'd rather Cardiff win as long as we beat them on Saturday, we'd stay above them anyway and close the gap up to West Brom.

The best result would be a win for cardiff but I would settle for a draw.
I believe that we have a great chance of winning the division so West Brom to win is not an option.
