If they'd built a new large single tier stand it would have been the best of both worlds

Old north no contest, I used to like the barrier behind us where we sat and you didn't get told to sit down by the jobsworth stewards

i liked the old stand as there was more noise generated from it.

maybe the atmosphere could be improved by simply moving the away fans next to the north stand?

problem seems to be to many people sit in the north to enjoy the atmosphere but dont contribute towards it. the stewards dont help either bunch of jobsworth nazi's. From what I can remember old north sounded louder.

In the old days (
) the north was shared with the away fans! Unfortunately there were cages etc, but it made for a great atmosphere

the new one, simply because i sit there and it looks better then the old one.
but the high roof lets so much noise escape its unreal, i was sitting near the back of it against the Yeovil and the atmossphere up there is so much better than what i get in row F when theres 27,000 there!
