The Mirror !? that left wing Marxist pamphlet, who takes its self waaaay to seriously and thinks its a quality paper (Independant isn't much better either).

NEVER EVER BUY THE GUARDIAN EITHER.

Try the 'Times' excellent Footie coverage, Editorals and unbiased news stories. A true thinking man's paper.

In the sun today
IPSWICH chief David Sheepshanks says he would sell the club to Kia Joorabchian if his West Ham bid fails.

Iranian Joorabchian is targeting clubs with European potential.

And chairman Sheepshanks admitted: “I’ve not approached him — but I’m perfectly happy to talk to him.”

Couple of things, one why is Sheepy making a bid for West Ham?

And surely if this Iranian bloke is targeting clubs with "European Potential" doesn't that count us out?

There can't be many clubs that are as close to Europe as we are, just look at the map!

Only politically (unfortunately), not continentally/geographically - we are an Island that is unfortunately just off the coast of Europe.
