I think investment of this kind, when it happens to more than one club in a league, has got to be good for the game. It introduces more money into the game that can be distributed out over time, and it also creates more unpredictability.

I'd rather someone else take over another club to compete with Chelski - that way makes league more exciting than a one team show.

What unpredictability will there be ? Which club is next to have some billionaire take over ? There is nothing unpredictable about chelski at the moment.

Bloke can do what he likes as long as they are still rubbish up to next weekend, then he can spend his money concentrating on the league campaign without the distraction of the nasty old FA Cup
