Wolves striker Kenny Miller has turned down a £1.5m move to Sheffield United.
The 26-year-old has indicated that he will not sign a new contract to remain at Molineux when his current deal runs out at the end of the season.

But Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey told the club website that Miller was not keen to join the Blades.

Moxey said: "We have received a £1.5m bid from Sheffield United but Kenny told us he was not interested in a move to Bramall Lane."

Wolves now face the prospect of losing the Scotland international for nothing in the summer unless a club which suits him comes in for him again during the transfer window.

Moxey added: "We told Sheffield United that we would consider their bid, although it was unlikely to be accepted, but before we started negotiating we agreed we'd ask Kenny for his thoughts - he said no and so the matter went no further."

Miller has also been linked with a move back to former club Rangers who he left to join Wolves in a £3m deal in 2001.
Makes you wonder how little they'll let him go for, although he wont wanna come here...

they may lose 1.5 million in a transfer fee, but if he bangs the goals in to get the to the prem it wont matter

personally i think £1.5 million is way over the top for him, there are better players around for much less..alan lee for starters lol
