To be fair to pablo though it wasn't as if he was playing in order to actually score any goals!! LOLDazza wrote:He wasnt scoring enough goals...
Parkin will come good, you dont become a bad player over night.

And he wasn't earning £20,000 wages - my arguement is purely that he should have been used last season when it was clear Darren Bent couldn't be arsed anymore - we had a player in Pablo who could have given us that bit more if needed - instead we loaned in Scowcroft all because Royle was too stubborn!!!
I still have faith in Parkin though - once he is playing in a team which is performing well and creating chances I am sure we will see what he is really made of!!

What I meant was with injuries. We only had one fit striker and a handful of defenders.Fully wrote:what and have counagos 20,000 wages on our books still....think you'll find that WAS the correct decisionjjlj_itfc4eva wrote:releasing Counago and Diallo at the end of the season.

Pablo was a money scrounging spanish guy and Diallo is probably the worst defender the club has seen for a while!!

I didnt hate Pablo - thought he was one of the better strikers we had at the club in ages......just seemed his heart wasnt in it towards the end, and put on weight.Dazza wrote:This is it, everyone hates Pablo when we came....Fully wrote:Remember the season before he scored 20 goals i think it was.......maybe Parkin is the same situationDazza wrote:He wasnt scoring enough goals...
