maybe there's a big difference in playing for WW than ITFC ! ...it could be that Collins is good ..but alas..not "good enough" for what the Town coaches want to build here at PR. They see enough of these players on a daily basis to be better qualified to make that judgement than us fans who see these players onece a week or less , surely !

I will add that, yes sometimes they do "get it wrong" - but in maybe not this time !

...and while we are on the subject of players making it or not ....Bowditch has IMO plateaued - if he's not careful he could go the same way as his brother ..who began life at Spurs , was released ...went to Col U ...was realeased..and is where now ??...not every young "starlet" makes it - in fact a very high proportion dont !

Collins is playing for one of the best teams in League 2 and they are prob high on confidence!

Also, a goal from a centre-back doesnt necessarily means they are really good, just means they can get headers from corners (i assume it wasnt a mazey run from the halfway line! lol)

Rivers got a hat-trick on his debut at Crewe but he is crap and we did the right thing is saying no. Never judge a player on their debut.
