Wow, what a game, what a performance and what an atmosphere. A cracking game, without doubt the best of the season.

This is our turn around!

Well I think southampton let us look better than we were, they were very poor. But De-Vos was outstanding along with Alan Lee!!!!

Southampton were poor, but that doesnt mean we are automatically good. We played them off the park for 90 minutes, there was some fantastic passing!

All I have to say is incredible, the passing, the defending and Alan Lee oh my gosh :D

He has pace, he has strength and he can finnish, what a absolute bargain.

Today was superb and the atmosphere in the away end was just superb.

Definately one of the best games I have watched this season and I have only missed two. The atmostphere was incredible and the players really reacted to it. Southampton were not good at all, I don't think they had a proper shot at goal. The attempts were always far too wide.

Dazza, why did u pretend not to see me

wouldnt say we were superb, id say very well organised and for once quick on the break, the passing was good, but a bit long at times but that was to be expected with the amount of pocession soton had 2nd half, in all it was probably the perfect away performance

Im far too tired to say much tonight except what a brilliant fantastic day....by far the best away game this season...us fans should also give ourselves a pat on the back as we were great and visably lifted the players....thankyou Alan Lee for giving us what we've all been craving for, a forward that can score  ...confidence is high and things are looking a whole lot better 8)

Hi! Saints fan here...

You guys played ok, I wouldnt get too excited because our team where worse than sh*te... it is not a good time to be a Saints fan at the moment as the people who where at the game might have guessed.

We lost out in midfield today which was the key, and obviously missed Walcott, also Dyer being left out of the team probably to stop Premiership clubs sniffing round him ala Walcott, we could have done with his pace.

Hope you all enjoyed our version of

Swing Lowe
Swing Rupert Lowe
Swing him off the Itchen Bridge

(incase you were wondering what we were singing, the Itchen Bridge is a 150ft high bridge about half a mile from the ground, a known suicide spot)

Anyway.. hopefully play you next season.

PS Good to see sideways Jim still cutting it at this level, he even passes the ball forward sometimes now!
