I'd love to see him stay. it's obvious that he enjoys it here and the progress he's made here has been phenomenal. Only last season a fair few of us were criticising him and he didn't seem to even fit into the reserves!

SIGN HIM UP!

Luke

Him and Richards contacts are up at the end of the season it would be heart wrenching if we lost both of them because we did'nt tie them up to longer contracts soon enough and they leave on frees.

That wont haooy, surely if Jimmy wants to come here he could say to Monaco I want to go to Ipswich and I will on a Free next year unless you sell me for £50K now...

I have faith in ITFC, we'll get Jimmy! :D

if your thinking wages, French football is not full of money in the same way as Italy, ok he will need to take a wage cut but its either no job or wage cut, which would any sane person choose?

The Club needs to prove it has some sanity and planning ability, and sign Juan and Richards immediately - these are the players that could take us up next season, if we don't see any movemement by Jo or Sheepy in the next couple of months on these kind of issues, then we'll know for certain that neither of them have a clue.

I reckon we should start representation to ITFC on the following
basis.

We the season ticket holders will buy our season tickets earlier as we have
been doing, but on the promise that ITFC will give a contract to Jimmy
Juan.

Blackmail why not..

Excellent idea, if they want this team back where it belongs, signing up Richards and Juan to longer contracts would be a sure sign they mean business.

yeah but how many times have we heard statements like that only for a young talent to be released/sold! if the board sign these players before the end of the season i give them MY promise that i'll buy a season ticket next season!
These are the future of Ipswich and like someone else has mentioned this is the best Ipswich midfield for a long, long time! and long may it continue (i hope!)

I hope they sign him up. He has said he wants to stay and obviously is loving his time here because of the way he reacted during and after the Naaaarj game. Hopefully monaco will see sense and take a small offer let him join for a free now or after another loan next season.

He better Be here next season whatever way because i had his name put on the back of my shirt last month !
