So who is it thats been going around norwich painting everything in sight BLUE ( letterboxes,traffic lights,road cones,fences) it's well funny, i wish i could claim it !

I saw the Blue traffic light & had to laugh, they did a good job, must have taken a bit of a while.

I'd claim it for a laugh but I darent after the whole whistle blowing debacle at PR!
