So who is it thats been going around norwich painting everything in sight BLUE ( letterboxes,traffic lights,road cones,fences) it's well funny, i wish i could claim it !

I saw the Blue traffic light & had to laugh, they did a good job, must have taken a bit of a while.

My guess is Alan Partridge, after all - he's against the pedestrianisation (sp!) of Norwich City Centre!
