Man Utds Rossi

Post by SteveC7 » Sun Feb 12, 2006 11:33 am

It is rumoured that Man Utd young forward Rossi could be coming to Town on loan. I have seen him play in the cups for United and he looks Decent.

HI Stevec..

Have not spoken before so welcome to the wonderful world
of TB.com anyway.

I saw this rumour on a site a few weeks ago, it was kinda
rubbished off, but if there is still talk then I guess sometimes
no smoke without fire so to speak.

Wll be intersting to see..

If this is true, then we are in for a wild ride. Rossi is going to be an amazing player! He's far more qualified than 'decent'. He will light up Portman Road like no other. I'm not a Man U. fan, I'm Ipswich through and through, but I have a very good feeling about this young man. His finishing is clinical and his distribution abilitiy far beyond his years. Did anyone see him when Man U. played Burton in the FA cup? He was brilliant! Granted the opposition was weak, but if he can play like that consisitently he'll be very bright in Man U.s future. He is certainly a diamond in rough. Fingers crossed everyone!!!

If anybody saw the FA cup replay of Burton Vs Man Utd, he was their best player going forward. He also has quite a bit of pace.

According to JR it definately won't be Rossi.
Apparently he tried for him before but was politely told no.

But Rossi has done it at under 21 level too. Not to mention in the 1st team when given a chance. Face it Dazza despite your loalty to the gooners Lupoli is w*nk :P

Well to be fair Lupoli has played in the Arsenal 1st team and scored two goals for them in the Carling Cup - about the same as Rossi has done.

Basically they're both very promising players and at such an early stage of their development it's very hard to say which one is better than the other.

Fair play, But when i saw Lupoli i saw nothing more then a average player. Rossi is going to be a great.

to be fair luke, u think currie is a good player so ur hardly the person to judge players are ya??

for what its worth it think Rossi is very good, and will be a very big player in a few years, would also be good to see him at PR but to be honest id rather we got our own players back and stuck with them if at all possible
