Town turning the corner!!!

Well guys it seems we are turning the corner - only a few weeks back alot of us were calling for royles head!!!

I know there are still some of us who would like to see a new man come in during the summer - but for now I want to see Joe stay on!!!

I feel had he been able to wipe the slate clean from the start and start building a fresh team instead of patching up the old one, then we might already have reached the promised land.

He now seems to be building this team up finally getting a good blend of youth, experience and mid-twenties players!!! The team have gelled and are playing the best footy so far this season. The midfield is looking the best it has for many a year now and fingers crossed next season could be one of the best in recent history.

So credit to joe for turning it round so far - hopefully he can finally finish the job he started with us!! And (hard as it is to say) credit to Sheepshanks for sticking by Joe. Whilst most of us were calling for his head it would have been easier to shift him out and bring someone else in. Whilst I still would like to see someone new at the top - his decision to remain strong behind his manager is one which will hopefully reap rewards in the years to come.

So regardless of where we finish this season - heres hoping - collectively we finally start to see what this club is capable - and give the fans exactly what they deserve!!!
