Col Blue? I dont believe the team is rubbish,I have seen them play some great football!! They are lacking motorvation though and motorvation comes from the coaches and captain whilst on the field. If BFJ can not install belief in HIS players,or the players do not want to respond,Then something must give surely.

Royle buys, trains, instructs and chooses the team. Who else would you like to blame?

Amen Mork! The team this season have shown glimpses of whats to come from them, They are a young squad and need the right blend now of youth and experince, Not old man Wilnis doing 20 stepovers in the right back positon and putting them under pressure.

Royle's heart isn't in it anymore - he's constantly talking about how he doesnt want to be a manager by the age of 60. Well that leaves 2 more seasons of management tops. His head is completely thinking about retirement and his holiday villa in Majorca, we need someone with fresh ideas and someone who's not going to take any sh*t from the players and won't bullsh*t the fans with rubbish.

At the start of the season literally everyone said that we will accept a finish between 7th-14th and the fact that we have had a ridiculous amount of injuries meant we were never going to challenge (not that we would have anyway IMO) if Reading had our amount of injuries the wouldn't have run away with it either, but the worrying thing is the passion and commitment, however good you are or how many injuries we've got its still no excuse for the sh*t that we have been seeing in recent weeks, theres no way they will sack Royle now anyhow an IMO we should give him until around October next season, and if we're doing as bad as this season then thats the time to sack him
