As a result of complaints, I have looked at the Thread started
by Dazza regarding Scolari pulling out.

I have deleted certain areas of this thread as a result of the
fact it has completely gone off track and become personal and also
very annoying. I am not going to go into one, but gonna make
it straight from the start I will NOT tolerate personal abuse, nor
unnecessary swearing, NOT because I cant take it but MEMBERS
obviously cannot, and besides it is not needed.

I have read this thread carefully and up to a certain point there
was nothing wrong. Then one member decides because he does not like
what others have put (albeit in my opinion there was nothing offensive to anyone at that point) to make a judgment on other members, those members retaliated. This forum WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS.
It was spoiling a very good a debatable point which I hope gets back
on track.

I will not be sending individual PM's to people, or taking sides, those involved will see from this posting what will and WILL NOT be accepted. Anyone wishing to ignore that or try me, will be banned period. You may not like me for that if it happened, but the bottom line is I am running this site for everyone and the rules are their to create peace and Harmony amongst the members. I cannot make everyone kiss and make up, but provided you use the sensible options of email, PM'ing or at the best just let it ride then no course of action need be taken. I will not take sides
as that would be unfair to ALL members of Tractor-Boys.com.

THE ONUS IS ON YOU THE MEMBERS, IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE
AND THEN WAKE UP ONE MORNING AND YOU CANNOT GET ON, YOU WILL
KNOW WHY. I WILL NOT GO BACK ON MY WORD TO MEMBERS.

In addition to this one or two members have stated what a mess the
board has become, PLEASE I ASK YOU TO DEFEND THIS STATEMENT,

Just because a couple of members fall out over ONE THREAD does
not make this board along the lines you imply.

If you have to make such accusations, then PLEASE BACK THIS UP and
PM me with details of what it is exactly you are going on about. I will
make this board happy for those that can accept it for what it is, but I ask you all a question, Is it the board thats not happy or YOU. Without
any knowledge of what is meant sometimes, how else can
I look at this.

As always please feel free to PM me if any of you disagree with my comments. Sometimes its difficult to explain everything in full and if
you feel that is necessary then I would be more than happy to do so.

We should be thankfull for small mercies LOL.

IMHO he is right to nip the bud in the head (is that right!!?) before it gets out of controle, and TBH I would not like to sit there and determin when enough is enough, thing is though it's easy for me to say that as I'v met quite a few users and if they tell me to shut up, I'll shut up, easy really.

Saying that, two topics were deleated today and I'm not sure wether or not it had any thing to do with me

although I'm sure I'd have been notified if it was, any way how are you goddess of EA, Dianna right, do ya still love a Hunter???????????

but I insist on be asked permission to do so.

I would not invade a personal site with advertising without authority and would trust those who wish to advertise here would have the decency to ask first.

I can only apologise for my part on that thread, I'm sorry if I upset anyone in any way.

But I won't be changing my opinion and trying to get on with a certain member of this site. Any posts made by them will be avoided by me from now on!
