Official Owen Hargreaves Post

Ok i thought we could do with an official thread to state our contempt for Svens decision to pick hargreves.
WHAT DOES HE DO? HE is the Tony Dinning of England.
HE cerves no purpose as he could be second choice for no position.
Our back line is amply covered with carragher and bridge covering left right backs. Our wings are covered by lennon/downing/bridge while our centre mid is amply covered by carrick/jenas.
For what purpose/position is he in the squad to cover?
My final conclusin is that he is merely there as team guide and translator!

Useless. I havent ever seen him do anything for england.
We dont even need 8 midfielders Hargreaves is just taking up space. We could use his space for a striker , which england need much more, due to the injuries to owen and rooney. That way bent could have gone, and provided cover for Owen and rooney.

You're forgetting something. This goes to prove that those saucy photo's of Sven & Ulrikka are still very much in the possession of Owen Hargreaves. Why the hell else would he be in the squad. SVEN OUT

Sven only ever plays him as a sub when we're losing (like against NI if I remember) and he does NOTHING....cant believe he gets in the squad.....im not a big fan of Phil Neville but if Sven wanted an extra midfielder he shouldv picked Neville as he's had a good season for Everton

Hargreaves is there as official translator for the squad.
Not only does he speak German but he can also understand Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher!
