 I'm going for a draw, as I now think we have the centre Backs and defence to cope with the likes of Bradley Dack, I do hope we get another win, but a draw here would be a result.

What a great gesture, just boarded the coach to Blackburn and was given a letter from Paul Lambert saying as a mark of appreciation for our support today he is paying our travel costs out of his own pocket. Top top bloke.

Lambert has just disclosed his team for today : (Mowbray already had so some thirty minutes earlier)

Gerken
Pennington
Chambers
Collins
Elder
Skuse
Chalobah
Judge
Sears
Keane
Quaner

bench
Bishop
Downes
Nsiala
Kenlock
Bialkowski
Lankester
Dawkins

Adequate team for today, got a number of attacking options and provides the new kids an opportunity to get involved. Feeling more confident about the team now than a few weeks back, I'd imagine a good number will have made the trip today, hope we can put on a performance to give something back. It should be a good event.

Ok team although would rather Judge had come in for Sears instead of Lankester. No Huws in the squad is a concern.....yet again.

Pretty even first half, we had a dodgy 5 mins where they hit post but we've grown into the game last few minutes and caused them problems, Quaner has been lively. Not out of this by any means.

Well that sounded sh*te. Elder sounds like a new knudson!! PLAY KENLOCK FFS, THE BOYS BEEN SPOT ON EVERY GAME SO FAR. GGGRRRRRRRRR!!!!!. i hate hate hate loan players who jump ahead of the likes of kenlock, lankester, bishop etc.

I think had Kenlock been in the penalty never happens and its a different game, Elder is a young kid so won't rip him to pieces but is poor and just not good enough.

 But the question is will PL play Kenlock, or just put it down to a bad game for Elder, I would chance Kenlock in next match at LB just to clarify that he's better than the loan Elder, or not

Looked like Elder made the mistake of cutting across to block a shot rather than going directly for the ball. I thought it was an accidental coming together, very unlucky. I wouldn't blame him too much. But the fact remains that we need a couple of fullbacks

We were effectively relegated weeks ago so the result is probably not too important. Assuming PL will be here next season, more important to me is whether we are developing a style that can entertain and win matches. I think we are possibly playing better football at times although certainly not regularly or for prolonged periods. We still seem to lack a serious goal threat (both creation of opportunity and execution) and aren't defending well enough either. Disappointed Lankester didn't start today but that's being picky. A couple of wins would see the confidence return I'm sure, but that's difficult with a frail defence.
