Ex Ipswich Town player has FA Cup winning medal stolen.

Boy it comes to something when a low life steals your wife's jewelry but but to steal a FA Cup winners medal is ridiculous. It has Mick Lambert's name on it so who can they pedal it to. Lambert can thank his lucky stars he wasn't at home. It could have been dangerous for him with his heart condition. I hope they catch the scum.

Some (you'll recall) took memorabilia from the Sir Robson statue soon after he passed on, if there's things to be stolen then someone will take the opportunity.
Did the thief realize it were the ex-players residence he was looting or just a random raid ? Hope they find the individuals responsible and hand down a custodial sentence. Failed to see mention incidentally on either the East Anglia Daily Times homepage or TWTD, but no reason to doubt.
