Wish him well but absolutely no loss in my humble opinion.

Mike
The way things are going you better get them boots polished for next season as we probably won’t have anybody left in the squad at this rate.

Just about sums up our f**king season .

Sears might not be “ the business “, but he never stops running , and correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t he our top scorer ??

Probably the last we will see of him,he's done better this season but with him as our main goal threat,we were always going to struggle, we need someone like Pukki.Who else is on the sick bench? Not sure on whats going on with Collins, read hamstring, hoping that's not the case.

The injury he’s got, I had the same in my 30s playing 5s. In all honesty, it’s STILL sore!

I think he is as good as we've got at the moment. He could have been decent in league 1. But we should be looking for better.

Think that is the 3rd player to suffer a ACL injury in the last couple of months. Ward, Morris and now Sears.
Unbelievable when you think of it.

Sears out for 9 months.
Try and take some positive out of this maybe Harrison will start on the left with Judge in behind Keane or Quaner?

I would like to see Harrison given a run in the team as I feel he has been a bit unlucky in not getting more opportunities although obviously the ankle injury he picked up earlier in the season did not help his cause.
As for Judge although it is very early days I’m not sure if he will get back to anywhere near the player he was at Brentford before his serious injury.

I've seen nothing of Keane or Quanar to inspire me as goalscorers. Hope I'm wrong but just don't think they're good enough. I'd play Harrison down the middle before either of them.

No they haven't, problem I find is that Two or Three times Keane has played he is so damn isolated it's untrue.

I was dissapppoined Quaner didn't play yesterday,No he's not a stricker,winger apparently,good with goal assists for Huddersfield.

The absence could be up to one year, Sears should be out for a minimum of nine months. Let's be realistic here, we could possess Di Stefano, Jimmy McGrory and Gerd Muller in attack for the games remaining and it still wouldn't avert a fall into lower league. Feel sympathy for the player but whether he's available or otherwise won't assist the situation. Arguably the teams best chance of a strike but even then that isn't really saying much.

Ridiculous season in terms of misfortune and sh*t events. Wouldn't say we're cursed, but the continuation of regrettable instances thus far is near astounding.

Ward, Folami, Morris and Sears all with long term injuries, I think it dismisses the ridiculous notion it was somehow down to McCarthy's training regime and methods, it's just nothing more than rank bad luck.
