Gold card

I got my Gold card pack through this morning, slightly later than promised...
...but there was actually no card in the pack. I've emailed the club but wondered if I've been unlucky or whether it was a mass c*ck-up by the club?

Received my pack today and no card was enclosed.
I don't remember receiving a card last year and think it is linked with your season ticket.

Yeah when i had a Gold Card i never got a card. It was linked to my Customer Number on my account.

That's what they told me Lucy. I'm sure I had a card on previous years though.

Type in "mass c0ck up" on a google search, Andy. That might help.

Type in "mass c0ck up" on a google search, Andy. That might help.
Just make sure the kids are asleep first
